Insulation Machines
The insulation machine market dramatically changed in the late 1980s with the introduction of portable machine units. Until then, insulation blowers had to be mounted in a large commercial truck. This made for expensive commercial truck certifications, special licenses and large units. Today, a would-be contractor can get a solid business up and running with little overhead and make huge profits with an insulation machine. We know! We have been in the industry since 1976 and abandoned the larger units.
Insulation Blowing Machines for the Small Contractor
Don’t make the mistake of investing $20,000 for a machine and $75,000 for a truck. Portable insulation machines are a great way to make a profit and will give you the ability to insulate multiple attics in one day. They are also perfect for filling existing walls with dense pack insulation.

Insulation Blowing Machines for the Mid-Size Contractor
If you find that you are insulating larger commercial buildings from time-to-time, then a step-up from a portable unit may be your best choice. We typically use two portable machines for the larger job. That is fine, however, you do need to have more employees on the job site, thus cutting into your profit margin. Consider a machine that has greater output and is able to handle long durations of blowing time.
